Cooking
spray
4 spicy
sausage, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
3 celery ribs, chopped
4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 cups okra, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Lightly
spray slow cooker with cooking spray
2. Brown
the sausage in a skillet for a few minutes.
3. Microwave the onions for 3 minutes
4. Add the tomatoes and microwave for 3 minutes
5. In a separate dish microwave the green pepper, celery ribs, and okra for 5
minutes
6. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl
7. Add garlic paste, parsley, seasoning and water
8. Mix well
9. Pour into the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
