Often our work week got to be so hectic that the last thing we wanted to think about or plan and prepare was dinner. We could not rely on convenience foods and take-outs due to Dan’s celiac disease.

Also, at the end of a hectic work-day and long commute we wanted real food in the convenience and comfort of our own home without having to slave over the stove.
