Sausage and Beans

Ingredients:

Cooking Spray

4 cups kidney beans, canned

½ cup black strap molasses

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

¼ cup brown sugar

1 medium onion, chopped

6 sausage links (turkey or pork) chopped

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray

  2. Combine all the ingredients.

  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours
