ADRA (Intern'l Relief)

Beef Burgundy

Ingredients:

Cooking Spray

2 Sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 lb. stew beef, 1" cubes

1/2 teaspoon marjoram

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cube beef bouillon, crushed

3/4 cup Burgundy wine

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and mushrooms.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.
  4. Add cornstarch and mushrooms.
  5. Cook on HIGH 15 minutes.
