Cooking Spray
2 pounds boneless beef round steak, cut into ¼ inch thick slices
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cube beef bouillon
¼ cup cold water
¼ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Place steak in the slow cooker.
3. Add onion, garlic, soup and broth.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
5. Turn control to HIGH.
6. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
7. Add to slow cooker along with the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
8. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
9. Stir sour cream into hot meat mixture about 10 minutes before serving.
